On behalf of my staff and family I would like to thank you for the opportunity to have been of service to you. Unfortunately our economy in combination with the unprecedented competition in our area has created a situation that makes it no longer economically feasible to service our membership at its current location. After careful consideration in an effort to fulfill our obligations to you as a valued member of the Westside Athletic Club LLC (formerly Take Shape Fitness) we will be combining one small local business with another.

5^th Avenue fitness (formerly Gold’s Gym) located at 505 Plum Street SE Olympia, WA 98501 has committed to fulfill all of the Westside Athletic Club LLC member agreement obligations. 5^th Avenue Fitness is a facility that is comparable In terms of location, services and class schedule. Sandi & Chick Barcellona the owners of 5^th Avenue fitness welcome you as a valued member upon receipt of this letter. 5^th Avenue Fitness is committed to combine the best of the Westside Athletic Club With the best of 5^th Avenue Fitness.

The last day the 1212 Black Lake Blvd SW Location will be available for service will be Tuesday June 23, 2009. In addition the last day of scheduled classes will be Monday June 22^nd. I will be personally available at the Westside location till Tuesday June 23rd to listen to any questions and or comments. After the 23^rd I plan to be available at the 5^th Avenue facility to help you become familiarized with this new location. I am also pleased to announce that you will see many other familiar staff and instructors at 5^th Avenue Fitness.

Once again it has been my honor and privilege to have been given the opportunity to participate with you in operating a local business that has been in our community for over 27years. It is my hope that together we can create new beginnings in health, fitness and community at 5^th Avenue Fitness.
