Nutrition Program

The Westside Athletic Club offers a variety of options for using nutrition, personal training, and group fitness classes to reach your personal fitness goals. The options below can be combined with personal training packages, or purchased separately.

 

Would you like to lose weight? * Gain weight? * Lose fat? * Increase muscle?

 

The nutrition software will:

  • Analyze a current diet and tell you how close you are to meeting your caloric, protein, carbohydrate, and fat intake goals.

  • Analyze your vitamin and mineral intakes from current diets to see if you are meeting the RDA (Recommended Dietary Allowances) values you need.

  • Give you a custom meal plan to help you reach your goals, whether it be weight loss or muscle gain diet master pro has a meal plan that will work for you.

  • Break down six meals a day for you, from breakfast to the last snack of the evening.

  • Exchange any food you do not like for ones that you do and still stay within your allowances for the day.

  • Teach you portion control and healthy eating habits for a lifestyle change.

  • Estimate a realistic time for you to achieve your goals. It provides graphs of your progress in many different aspects of training: from weight loss to % body fat lost.

  • Provide a grocery list for you to follow based on your new meal plan. No more guess work when you go to the grocery store.

  • Provide easy to follow recipes for many favorite meals and deserts.

This software is safe and effective as long as you stay in the parameters given.  It is designed by doctors and registered dieticians to minimize any inconsistencies in data. If you have any major medical conditions please check with your doctor before continuing with a meal plan!

 How do I get started?

There are different ways to get started. Please check with your favorite trainer or desk staff for the best options for you.

  1. Dietary analysis: check and see how well you really are eating.

  2. Design a 7-day meal plan.

  3. Get on a 12-week package plan; with a dietary analysis, a 7-day meal plan and 4 follow up visits for a revamp of your existing meal plan.
