I would like to introduce my training staff and tell you about their areas of expertise. While each is able to provide and assist you with an individualized weight-training program, each also have special interests that help make up a fantastic training team.  If you have not been getting the results you have been looking for, or you're bored with your routine…they can help!!  We provide ˝-hour and 1-hour personal training appointments tailored to best suit your needs and time constraints.  Visualize your goals and let our trainers help you achieve the goals that you want and deserve. Lorraine - Group Fitness Director

As a registered nurse, I worked in obstetrics for years. I am especially interested in helping women (and men!) who have been raising kids, working hard, and simply have not taken time for themselves. I emphasize form, posture, and technique to ensure a great workout. My objective is to help clients achieve their goals through a well-rounded program of strength and cardiovascular training, core strength, flexibility, and nutrition.

Being a personal trainer for the past 15 years, I utilize a number of fitness disciplines, including power pacing and nautilus equipment. I am a very active person and specialize in working with clients that are cleared for exercise following a surgical procedure. I am an early riser, so we can work together to get a jump-start on your day as well!  My biggest fitness accomplishments are competing in the Seattle-to-Portland bike ride and climbing Mt. St. Helens after the age of 60.

Nadine

Born and raised in Germany, I took part in a variety of sports such as volleyball, swimming, skiing, snowboarding, horseback riding and martial arts. By participating in these sports and teaching group fitness classes, I have developed an understanding of how exercise plays an important role in everyday activities. Having a background in Physical Therapy helps me to accommodate any clients who have past or current injuries. I specialize in using a combination of functional and interval training to help bring the most to my clients’ workouts. My main focus is muscle balance, strength, endurance, and core work. 

 

Education: 3 year Physical Therapy, Eckert Technical College Germany
